How do I join PawBox?

Simply click “Join” on the top of our Website. Membership is absolutely FREE. This will take you to our registration page and in here, tell us a little about the lucky dog/cat and enter the account information. Its that easy!

How do I change my details?

To change any of your detail such as password, address, phone numbers, email addresses. Simply login to your account and select the corresponding items on the menu on the left hand side of the page.

What to do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply click on "Forgotten your password?" while you are at the Login page. We will send you an email containing your temporary password. We advise you to change your password once you have successfully logged in using you temporary password.

How do I add another address if I want something delivered to a different address than normal?

You can edit or add your shipping address by logging into your account. After you logged in, click "Address Book" on the menu to edit your shipping address. If you want to add an additional address, click "Add New Address" and enter the details.

How do I add, remove or update my pet’s detail?

Simply login to your account and click “My Pets” from the menu. Here you are able to add or update the details of your pet by clicking “View/Edit” or remove the pet by click on the “Delete” button.

Shipping & Returns

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $4.90 for all orders in the Auckland area. Shipping cost outside Auckland area are as follows:

 

  • Rest of North Island: $6.50
  • South Island & Waiheke Island: $11.90
  • Rural Delivery: Additional $4.90

 

We do not ship to PO Boxes or addresses outside New Zealand.

How long does it take to ship to my address?

All our standard delivery will take between 2-5 working days. Rural deliveries and South Island deliveries may take longer. We will do our very best to ensure the product gets to you as soon as we can.

What if my product is arrived damaged?
We are very sorry to hear that! If a product is damaged, you can return it and we can either send you a replacement or credit your account. Please contact us at support@pawbox.co.nz and let us know which items were damaged and what you choice is. We accept returns up to 7 days from the date of shipment.

 

A return courier bag with our address on it will be sent to you at the same time we sent you the replacement item. Please put the damaged item in this bag and return to us so we can process your refund and place some feedback to our manufacturer.

What if my order was never received?

If you have never received your order, the first step we suggest is ask your family member, friend or neighbours to see if they have recieved it on your behalf. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help you!

 

** Please note, repeated claims may ended up us terminating your membership.

What if I don't like what I have received? 
If for any reason you are not content with what you received (e.g. wrong sizing, colour, etc), you can exchange it for another item (that must be equal or lesser value) or return it for a credit. We accept returns up to 7 days from the date of shipment.

 

If you wish to return any item due to wrong sizing, colour etc, then it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us. Once the parcel has been received by us, we will process the return and confirm by email when the funds have been placed back on your credit card used for the order.

 

Please note items returned must be in new, unused condition, undamaged and have all original packaging intact to qualify for a refund. Please contact us at support@pawbox.co.nz. Please also visit our Privacy & Terms for more info.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all Visa and Master credit cards. We do not at this time accept other form of payment online including internet banking, bank transfer, cheque, money orders, or other forms of currency.

Do you have a referral program?

You betcha! To refer, simply login to your account and click on “Refer A Friend” from the menu and choose the method you want to share (either by facebook, twitter or email)! For every new friend that you refer to us, you’ll receive $5 credit towards your account when they spend over $39.

Gift & Coupons

 

Can I make gift purchases?

Certainly! You can gift any PawBox or any of the product listed on our webiste to anyone you’d like! Just select the product you want to gift and add to your shopping cart, then at the "Shopping Cart" page (click on the shopping cart image on the top right hand side of the page), enter their name, delivery address and make sure you tick the "This Is A Gift" box to identify this as a gift and enter your message before checkout.
