The prices listed on our online store are denominated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and may be changed without prior notice. We are not obligated to ship goods beyond the borders of New Zealand. However, Pawbox Ltd may, at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis, consider fulfilling requests to ship goods outside of New Zealand, if feasible.

Measurements

All measurements provided on the online store are approximate. Treats are measured using the metric system of measurement and are rounded up to the nearest 5g on a scale

Please note that due to variations in monitors and lighting conditions, the actual color of the item may slightly differ from the color shown in the pictures.

SHIPPING POLICY

We commit to shipping orders within 48 hours of purchase. In cases where we are out of stock, we will place a new order and send the items to you upon arrival (the duration of this process cannot be guaranteed). Alternatively, we can offer you a refund.

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or addresses outside of New Zealand. If you require shipping to such locations, please contact us at info@pawbox.co.nz.

If you are not satisfied with the item received, such as incorrect sizing or color, you have the option to exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value or return it for store credit. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the shipment date.

If you need to return an item due to incorrect sizing, color, or any other reason, you are responsible for organizing and covering the associated shipping costs. Once we receive the parcel, we will process the return and notify you by email when the funds have been refunded to the credit/debit card used for the respective order.

Please note: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in new, unused condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact. If you have any queries or require clarification regarding the information provided above, please feel free to contact us at info@pawbox.co.nz.

All purchases are delivered using NZ Couriers and Post Haste, and each order is assigned a tracking number. Once the courier collects the parcels from our premises, the delivery timeline is beyond our control.

Unless an specific instruction is given on the order, Pawbox do not take responsibility of where the Courier place the parcel in your premises.

Please note that once NZ Couriers or Post Haste confirm delivery has taken place, Pawbox Ltd is no longer responsible for any missing parcel/s. 

Nevertheless, you can initiate a claim with the courier company by following the guidelines outlined on their website, which is provided below:

The customer must ensure that there is a safe place out of view of passersby for the parcel to be left, or to ensure that somebody is at the premises to receive the parcel.

Our orders are tracked and if signature is required, it will only be done on customer request, there is an additional charge for this service. 

REFUND POLICY

Pawbox Returns Information

Ensuring customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days from the order date. We will either replace the product or provide a full refund of the product cost. In cases where the product is damaged and being returned for a similar item, we will also cover the return shipping cost.

If an item is purchased in error and a replacement is required, it is at our discretion to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. However, if our company has made an error in sending the product, we will cover the return shipping expenses. We kindly request that the product is returned to us in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Opened bags of food or treats cannot be refunded unless the product was mistakenly sold to you as damaged, defective, or spoiled by our company. In such cases, the customer may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective goods in order to qualify for a replacement. We recommend contacting us via email at info@pawbox.co.nz to discuss the return process before sending the item back to us.

The Returns/Refunds Process

For any return or refund inquiries, please reach out to us at info@pawbox.co.nz to discuss the specific details. Each situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once a refund or return is approved, we will notify you accordingly and gather the necessary information to proceed. You will receive guidance regarding the packaging and shipping requirements for the returned product.

Goods Excluded from Refund/Return

Gift cards are non-refundable.
