Shipping & Returns Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase during normal business day (Mon-Fri).
- If an item is out of stock, it will be ordered and dispatched upon arrival, though delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, a refund may be offered.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Shipping is available only within New Zealand.
- PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Because all of our products are 100% natural dog treats, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sanitary and safety reasons. We carefully prepare and package each order to ensure the highest quality and freshness for your pet.
- However, if you have any concerns about the treats you received, please feel free to contact us at info@pawbox.co.nz. We will respond to your email as soon as possible and assist you.
Delivery & Tracking:
- Deliveries are handled by either NZ Post, Aramex, NZ Couriers and Post Haste.
- Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
PLEASE NOTE that once delivery is confirmed by the courier, Pawbox is not responsible for missing parcels.
- Customers should ensure a safe, out-of-view location for parcel delivery or be present to receive it.
- All our orders are tracked but Signature Requierd option is available upon request for an additional charge.
Rural Delivery Notice
- Sometimes an address may look non-rural, but the courier classifies it as rural. In such cases, the courier’s determination takes precedence. To avoid delays, please make sure to select the correct shipping option at checkout.
- Please note that choosing the incorrect delivery type may result in shipping delays. If you’re unsure whether your address is considered rural, you can check using tools like NZ Couriers Address Checker or feel free to contact us at info@pawbox.co.nz and we’ll help ensure your order is shipped correctly.
